    It is very seldom that a city borders with two oceans. Cape Town provides shore to the cold Atlantic waters where it meets the warm Indian waters. Not to mention the Whale Coastline that allows tourists to see many Southern Right whales who come there to calve and mate. This makes up for a part of the beautiful marine ecosystem the city has to offer; you further get the chance to see Penguins, Cape Fur Seals, Great White Sharks and other marine creatures who have made these waters their abode.

    If you are looking for a Cape Town Hotel that is near to the beach, you will find plenty. The tricky part is to find a hotel that is close to the beach of your choice. At Cape Town, you will find hotels and soft, sandy beaches where you can enjoy long walks, there are beaches near jagged coves and scenic mountains and the young people can enjoy the beaches that are set to help them live their vibrant social life.

    The Pearly Beach in Walker Bay area is home to different aquatic life. Fishermen have their rock pools where the catch fish of various kinds and crustaceans. You also have the chance to enjoy the show put up by the Southern Right Whales as the move around in the water. You can see whales tail slapping, log-tailing and even sailing. You can easily watch the whales put up a show while you walk on the beach.

    The Dyer Island will allow you to experience the Great White Sharks, African Penguins ad Cape Fur Seal. A chartered boat or a shark cage diving will allow you to enjoy these sharks in their natural habitat.

    Family Beach

    While there are many family beaches, Grotto Beach is the best. You can enjoy a BBQ with the family and watch your kids while they run around in the play park. You do not have to worry about them treading over any broken shards of glass because it is well-maintained and serviced.

    Unusual Beach

    Boulder beach is house to African Penguins. Part of the Table Mountain National Park, the penguins are protected by the officials within the park. You can roam around the beach and the penguins will not say anything and they will not be scared. However, if you try to touch them or their nests then you will be bit, therefore you should stay away from the penguins. The clear water makes the beach even more attractive.
