One soldier and two civilians have been killed in shooting attacks in Thailand's far south.
A 22-year-old army soldier died after he and five other soldiers were seriously wounded when a powerful roadside bomb was exploded by suspected Muslim militants.
On Monday, two men aged 48 and 36 were shot dead in separate attacks in Pattani province, which is one of the areas where tensions are simmering between Thais and Muslim separatists.
More than 3,500 people have been killed in the unrest that erupted in Thailand’s south about five years ago.
