When heading off on holiday, it’s now becoming increasingly harder for people to leave luxuries at home like phones, and tablets. Whilst it may be harder to relax when you are still contactable there are some other products apart from mobile phones that are definitely useful when on holiday. Allowing you to have some home comforts abroad, here is my list of the top 5 products to take your travel adaptor away for.
1. Hairdryer
Whilst a lot of hotels and resorts now have hairdryers in the rooms, they are sometimes really poor quality and super small. I personally much prefer a larger hairdryer that’s more powerful and dries your hair quickly so that you can quickly get on with the important task of enjoying your holiday!
2. Camera
Arguably one of the most important things to take on holiday (apart from your passport..) a camera is a great way to capture your destination images and memories of your holiday. People love to share their holiday snaps on social media platforms and tag their holiday chums in them. Whether your camera operates on batteries or by charger be sure to remember them so you can snap away to your heart’s content.
3. Chargers!
Whether it’s your phone, tablet or chargeable batteries for your camera there are plenty of things that need electrical juice. It is pretty crucial that you can relax on holiday so if you think that work or annoying friends or family will be contacting you whilst you are soaking up the vitamin D on a beach, then why not, shock horror.. LEAVE YOU’RE PHONE AT HOME? Radical I know, but if you take your tablet then you can still feel connected to the online world and make everyone jealous with your gorgeous beach snaps.
4. Hair Straighteners
To resist the holiday-hair frizz from salt water and sun make sure you have some hair-surance with heated styling tools. My personal favourites are keratin hair straighteners as they properly straighten your hair without inflicting substantial heat damage, so you can look after your hair.
5. Speakers
Listening to music whilst on holiday with the sun shining is a great pleasure in life and when getting ready for the evening it’s a great idea to have some tunes playing. Taking your speakers on holiday also lets you associate songs on your iPod with your trip and make it the best ever!
