    Laurel Hardware
One of the hippest new bars in West Hollywood is Laurel Hardware. The owners reconstructed an old hardware store off Santa Monica into a luxury dining and drinking experience. Walk into the storefront of chic, modern tables and into the back room where high ceilings and dark wood cocoon a hip place to mingle. They have an awesome array of cocktails like the “Gangster” and an extensive wine selection. Take a seat under twinkling lights on the patio and breathe in the clean LA air.

    The Abbey
If you want to dance, there’s no better place than The Abbey. In the heart of West Hollywood, the bar is known for is queer clientele, but you’ll find all sorts of people. Male dancers swing from poles and entertain the crowd, giving quite a show. The drinks aren’t too pricey and the DJ is always delivering party music. The Dime
A great place to dance to hip hop rather than party music is The Dime. Located right on Fairfax across from the legendary Canters Deli, it’s a tiny hole in the wall that’s a true West Hollywood gem. It’s a great place to hang on the week days or weekend with consistently amazing tunes. Grab a beer and get down to Jackson 5 and Jay Z mash-ups. If you go on the weekend, make sure to get there before 10 pm if you want a table.

    Roger Room
West Hollywood is full of noir, decorative places to drink like Roger Room. Right next to the Largo theater, where hip concerts are always playing, it’s right out of the 1920s! The bartenders wear suspenders and bow ties and make a mean Manhattan cocktail. Enjoy a glass of red wine or a whiskey on the rocks in an atmosphere that feels like a speakeasy. It’s a great place to go after dinner during the week as it gets crowded on the weekends. Sit in one of the booths and soak in the fun vibe.

    The Roosevelt
If you’re looking for a bar in the middle of the Hollywood madness, try the Spare Room at the Hollywood Roosevelt. Located right across from the Chinese Theater, the bar is upstairs at the legendary hotel. The architecture is unbeatable as is the history of the building. At the bar, enjoy amazing scotch and the bowling lane. The lane is often rented out for parties or birthdays and makes the bar playful and entertaining. They also have games to play at your table, so grab a Connect the Dots or chess and have some fun.

    Chateau Marmont
You can’t bar hop in West Hollywood without hitting up the Chateau Marmont! The spot is infamous for its celebrities and stories. From James Dean to Lindsay Lohan, everyone has had a drink and a party at the Chateau. Sip champagne and take in the vintage decorating and historical architecture. The dress code is classy, so definitely don’t show up in jeans and flip flops.
