    • Infection and inflammation – you should talk overwith your doctor before you leave, if you think you may need antibiotics when travelling abroad though antibiotics are available without prescription in several parts of the world.
    • Pain – Pain killers are necessary for headaches, muscle pain, toothache and menstrual pain. Take a remedy containing aspirin, paracetamol, or ibuprofen.
    • Sores and blisters – Take a skin-disinfecting proxy with you to clean sores, such as a small bottle of chlorhexidine or antiseptic wipes. Bandages and plasters are useful to have on hand just in case an accident should happen.
    • Sunburn – use a sunscreen to prevent from sunburn. A sunblock cream that has a high sun protection factor (SPF) or even you can go for a natural remedy with aloe Veratolessen any redness after sunbathing. If you had to deal with problems caused by too much sun local anaesthetics and painkilling gel can be useful.
    • Vomiting – most important point is to replace lost fluids.Frequent small drinks, if probableconsuming ones that contain salt and sugar, are preferred.
